Pin Ordering FAQ
Q. How do I order pins?
A. On the 'Contact Us' page, pick the 'Orders' option and send us an email detailing which pins you want, and how many of them. Listing them by in-game number is best.
Q. Why is there no 'Buy' button like for the books? Wouldn't that be simpler?
A. Yep, but we have too many pin options to fit on a single PayPal order form, and it would be silly to have a different order form for each pin (that would be over a hundred!). So it's by email, at least until we potentially come up with a better solution.
Q. Can you really make any pin from The World Ends With You?
A. Yes. However, pins that aren't already in our catalogue cost a bit more and take a bit more time to make.
Q. Do you redraw your pins or use pixelly in-game graphics?
A. Every pin is lovingly redrawn by our talented artists! :) That's why ordering one that's not in stock takes time.
Q. How much time?
A. Assume about a week per design, but that can vary depending on how busy we are.
Q. I don't have Paypal. Can I still buy from your store?
A. Absolutely! If you have a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), you can use it to make your purchase via the PayPal invoice we send you. And even if you don't, we do accept money orders as a last resort. So no worries!
Q. How long does it take to ship my pin order?
A. That depends on whether the pins you order are in stock or not, but expect a couple weeks after your order is filled, if you live within Canada or the USA.
Q. Can I get a tracking number?
A. You can, but that costs more to ship and so you'd need to pay extra for it. Let us know if you want that option.
